My Yahoo account for about 10 years just recently got closed. All you have to do is go to <a href="https://edit.yahoo.com/config/delete_user">account termination link</a> make sure you are logged in to be able to terminate the yahoo account. For me, it was a hard decision and been given some thought for sometime. Why close an account? Because it is better closed and not able to be tempted to open it again.
